Arvingarna

Arvingarna were formed in the late 1980s in Partille and have since grown into one of Sweden’s most loved dance bands. Their major breakthrough came in 1993 with the song “Eloise”, which won Melodifestivalen and marked the beginning of a long and successful career.

Over the years, Arvingarna have built an impressive catalogue filled with well‑known dance band classics. Songs such as “Tänk om himlen var min”, “Det svär jag på” and “Kung i stan” continue to get audiences dancing and singing along. The band have hosted their own TV shows, received several Swedish Grammy Awards and placed more than 20 songs on the Svensktoppen chart. They have also returned to Melodifestivalen on several occasions, most recently 2025 with the song “Ring mig baby”.

During Göteborgskalaset, Arvingarna take to the stage on home ground as part of their current summer tour. Expect a concert that blends timeless hits with new favourites, where joy of playing, strong stage presence and a close connection with the audience take centre stage.
