Nkama

Juggling, rhythm and voice come together in a lively solo performance. The Festival Area Kungsparken is presented in collaboration with Gothenburg Dance and Theatre Festival.

Emilie Saccoccio

Nkama means time in Changana, a language spoken in southern Mozambique. This solo performance blends rhythm, movement and voice into a personal stage piece exploring the pace and flow of time.

Move between stillness and intensity as moments stretch, disappear and return. Dimas Tivane creates music using his body, voice and everyday objects. A chair, an orange, a set of keys and a water bottle take on new roles as instruments and juggling props.

Listen, take part and follow a rhythmic flow where song, playfulness and precision meet.
