Limited amount of participants. Collect your ticket in the reception of The Maritime Museum & Aquarium earliest 1 hour prior to the workshop. Free entrance to the museum on the 29 th of August.

Here you´ll get to sketch with templates, prepare pigments and paint stories with egg tempera, a paint made of egg yolks and pigment. Gather inspiration from the Swedish Bonad tradition that followed the emigrants of Sweden over the Atlantic to America!

The workshop is lead by the artist Julia Kabell, creative producer and educator in Swedish Bonad painting.

The event is a collaboration between The Swedish Bonad Museum and The Maritime Museum & Aquarium.
